Revenue optimization software pricing by MRR band

Every plan includes the leak audit across all nine categories, the ranked list of accounts to fix and automatic recovery for failed payments. Plans differ by the monthly recurring revenue they cover, how many billing accounts you connect, how often the audit runs and how many recovery emails go out each month. Yearly billing is the default and saves 50 percent.

What every plan includes

The plan sets the size and the pace. The product is the same on all four.

  • Read-only connection to Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly, Shopify or WooCommerce through the official API.
  • All nine leak categories, each priced in dollars per month.
  • A ranked list of accounts to fix, with the reason, the amount and the action for each one.
  • Recovery rules for smart retries, card updater emails, recovery emails and a payment update page, each switched on by you.
  • A monthly leak number you can put in a board or investor update.
  • Help by email at [email protected] and inside the app.

What each connection reads is listed on billing integrations, and the permission model is on revenue assurance software.

Yearly billing saves 50 percent

Yearly billing is the default on this page. You pay for twelve months at half the monthly price, once a year. Switch the toggle to Monthly if you prefer to pay month by month at the full price. Both renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings.

How plan bands work

The plan band follows your monthly recurring revenue as your connected billing system reports it. Revenue in other currencies is converted to USD for the band.

  • When your MRR grows past the band of your plan, the app shows an upgrade prompt.
  • An upgrade starts at once and charges the prorated difference for the rest of the current period immediately.
  • A move to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period, without a refund for the current one.
  • Limits count usage in the billing period. Deleting an audit, an account or an email rule never gives quota back, and the quota renews with the next period.

The estimate is free, the audit is paid

The revenue leak estimate on the home page runs in your browser without an account, so you can see the categories and the method before you pay. It uses your inputs and a category model with editable assumptions. The full audit reads your real invoices, subscriptions, prices, coupons, refunds and disputes, lists the accounts behind each leak and starts recovery. That part is in the paid plans. There is no plan without payment.

Do the math on your own numbers

The price of a plan is easy to set against what the audit finds, and you can do the arithmetic before you subscribe. For example, a company with 60,000 USD of MRR is in the Growth band. If one renewal of a 300 USD plan is recovered in a month, that renewal alone pays for a month of Growth billed yearly. Run the estimate with your own MRR and customer count to see the categories that apply to you, and read how each one is measured on billing leakage.

Payments and cancellation

Plans are paid by card at checkout, and Enterprise can also be invoiced by bank transfer. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access stays open until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are final, as described in the refund policy.
