Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026.
These terms govern your use of the revenueleak.com service. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. Questions go to [email protected].
1. Who we are and what the service does
The service is run by the administrator of the revenueleak.com service. RevenueLeak connects read-only to the billing system you choose, audits it for revenue leaks, prices each leak in dollars per month, lists the accounts behind it and, when you switch a rule on, runs recovery actions such as retries, card updater emails, recovery emails and a payment update page.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use the service for a business.
- You give a valid work email address and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the seats you invite.
- Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you suspect someone else has access to your account.
3. Connections and permissions
You connect billing systems yourself, with keys or app authorizations you create. The audit only reads. A write action, such as a retry, runs only after you switch on the rule that needs it and grant the extra permission. You can revoke any connection at any time in your billing system or in RevenueLeak. You confirm that you are allowed to share the connected data with us and that you have informed your own customers as the law requires.
4. Recovery emails to your customers
Recovery, card updater and payment update emails are sent on your behalf and on your instructions. You decide which rules run, their timing and their text. You are responsible for the content of those emails and for complying with the laws that apply to messages you send to your customers, including consent and unsubscribe requirements. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link where the law requires one.
5. Plans and payments
- The service is sold as a subscription: Starter, Growth, Scale or Enterprise, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs 50 percent less than monthly billing.
- Prices and limits are those shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Plans are paid by card at checkout. Enterprise can also be invoiced by bank transfer, with payment due by the date on the invoice.
- Prices exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires.
- There is no plan without payment. The estimate on the home page is a free tool and not a subscription.
6. Plan bands, upgrades and usage limits
- Each plan covers a band of monthly recurring revenue, measured from your connected billing data. When your revenue grows past your band, we ask you to upgrade.
- An upgrade, including a switch from monthly to yearly billing, starts at once and charges the prorated difference immediately.
- A downgrade takes effect from the next billing period, without a refund for the current one.
- Limits on audits, connected accounts, seats, listed accounts and emails count usage in the billing period. Deleting data never gives quota back. Quota renews with the next period.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access stays open until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are final, with the exceptions listed in the refund policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to send messages to people who are not your customers, or messages unrelated to their payments and subscriptions,
- connect a billing system you are not authorized to access,
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the limits or security of the service,
- resell access to the service without a written agreement with us,
- use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we tell you why by email.
9. Data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. For data about your customers, we act on your behalf and on your instructions.
10. Estimates and audit results
The estimate on the home page applies a category model to the inputs you give and shows a range, not a promise. The audit reports what your billing data shows at the time it runs. We do not guarantee any amount of recovered revenue, because recovery depends on your customers, their banks and your own settings.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available at all times. Enterprise includes a 99.9 percent monthly uptime commitment for the application. We may improve or change features over time. If a change removes a feature of your plan, we tell you in advance by email.
12. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as described on our pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Ending the agreement
You can end the agreement by cancelling and closing your account. We can end it if you seriously break these terms or do not pay, after telling you by email. When the agreement ends, connections are revoked and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Significant changes are sent to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it applies.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law that applies to the administrator of the service, without limiting the rights that consumer or business protection law of your country gives you. Before any dispute, write to [email protected] and we will try to solve it with you directly.
