Refund Policy

Last updated October 19, 2026.

Payments for RevenueLeak are final. We refund only in the cases listed in section 3. Before paying, you can run the revenue leak estimate on the home page without an account to see the leak categories and the method, and you can cancel any subscription at any time in a few clicks.

1. All payments are final

A RevenueLeak plan is a monthly or yearly subscription for access to the service, with the limits shown on the pricing page. You pay for access to the service for a period, and that access is granted in full at the start of each period, whether or not you use it. Plans and their limits are described before you pay, in the checkout and in your account, so you know what you are buying. By subscribing you ask us to start providing the service immediately.

2. What is not refunded

The following are not grounds for a refund, in whole or in part.

  • Changing your mind, or no longer needing the service.
  • Not connecting a billing system, or not using the service during a paid period.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal, or cancelling shortly after one.
  • A renewal charged after one or more failed attempts, because the new period had already started.
  • An audit result that differs from the estimate on the home page, or an audit that finds fewer leaks than you expected.
  • The amount of revenue recovered by the rules you switched on.
  • Choosing the wrong plan, plan band or billing period.
  • A downgrade, or the remainder of a period after cancellation. Access runs to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
  • Anyone else using your account, including through shared login details.

3. The only exceptions

We refund only where one of these cases applies, only when it can be shown in the transaction and account records, and only up to the affected charge.

Duplicate charge

You were charged twice for the same period because of a fault in our billing.

Proven unauthorized charge

Someone used your card without your authority, you report it to us within 14 days of the charge, and the records held by us and by our payment processor support it. We may ask you to confirm that you reported it to your card issuer.

Total failure of service

The service was completely unavailable to you for a continuous period of more than 7 days within a paid period because of a fault on our side. In that case we refund the part of the fee for the days without service.

4. How cancellation works

You can cancel at any time in your account settings, under Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access, your audits and the recovery rules you switched on keep working until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.

5. Consumers in the European Union

RevenueLeak is a service for businesses. If you nevertheless use it as a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract. At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately and confirm that you know this right ends once the service has been fully provided, and that you pay for the part provided before you withdraw.

6. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account within 30 days of the charge. Include the invoice number or the date and amount of the charge and which exception in section 3 applies. We reply by email, and an approved refund goes back to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A dispute about a charge that this policy covers is answered with the account and transaction records, and an account with an open dispute may be paused until the dispute is closed.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy go to [email protected]. The general terms of the service are in the terms of service.
